By using THILAK HRMS, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of THILAK HRMS complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. We provide a 14-day free trial for new accounts. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Billing and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use THILAK HRMS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our support team will respond to service incidents within 4 business hours.

Intellectual Property

THILAK HRMS, its logo, and all related trademarks are owned by THILAK Multi Business SaaS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THILAK Multi Business SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the service. You may export your data within 90 days of termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
