Refund Policy

Our refund policy for THILAK HRMS subscriptions and payments.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the remaining months. You will retain access to the service for the full annual term regardless of when you cancel.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days. Please contact support@thilakhrms.com with details of the duplicate charge.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over a 7-day period. During this time, your account remains active. After 7 days without successful payment, access will be suspended until payment is received. Reactivation may require a new subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@thilakhrms.com from your registered email address with your company code and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, contact us at support@thilakhrms.com within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate and resolve the dispute within 10 business days. Disputes outside this window may not be eligible for adjustment.
